Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant with expertise in the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in SAP DM module, ensuring smooth system configuration and integration.
Skillset:
· Lead SAP DM module for medical device industry client.
· Expertise in SAP DM module, investigate and troubleshoot for issues raised by business users, ensuring smooth operation.
· Partner with Implementation team for key events throughout implementation cycle including like SIT, UAT and follow the Go Live activities to ensure smooth handover to AMS team
· Participate in Hypercare activities and provide quick responses to user queries to assist them make full use of SAP DM implementation.
· Explore and understand the current system from SAP Processes, design, system, and integration point of view. A Complete As-Is study and analyze.
· Play a critical role in SAP DM project to support Digital Manufacturing areas including any integrated 3rd party systems.
· Work closely with client business/functional teams to understand the impact of the upgrade on critical business processes and custom developments.
· Play key role in in testing, including test planning, script preparation, and execution of unit and integration tests.
· Providing functional support to business users, resolving issues during testing, UAT
· Providing seamless support to integration between DM and other modules and with any other connected systems in resolving the issues, performance problems, missing variants, implementing any SAP notes, changes in printing forms, user exits, enhancements etc.
· SAP Manufacturing process Knowledge is required
· SAP BTP and CPI experience including Custom development in SAP DM
· SAP UI5 experience
· Shop system knowledge is a plus
· Good to have Cloud ALM skills SAP DM

· Understanding of POD extensibility, master data structures (BOMs, routings, work centers), and API/iFlow tracking.
· Experience on SAP manufacturing modules (PP/QM) with targeted hands-on experience supporting SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM/DMC) or legacy MES (ME/MII)
· Hands on experience in SAP DM quarterly upgrades
· Provide technical support in Developing and implementing customizations and enhancements in FI/CO to meet business requirements.
· Conduct system integration testing, UAT.
· Maintain detailed documentation supporting business processes, configuration, functional specifications.
· Provide post Go-Live support to ensure the upgrades system meets the business requirements, the new system stabilizes after upgrade.
Key Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience with SAP AMS, with a focus on SAP Digital Manufacturing
· Preferred: Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of FDA regulations.
· Very good communication skills and Excellent documentation and presentation skills
· Ability to play close attention to detail to ensure accurate data integration.
· SAP DM experience, SAP certification is a plus.
