.About the Role
As an SAP PM Sr. Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes that align with their business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP PM functionalities and best practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation and support.
- Proven experience in leading SAP PM projects from blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM master data (e.g., Functional Locations, Equipment, Bills of Material, Task Lists).
- Strong understanding of SAP PM processes, including:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance
- Inspections and Calibration
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Service Management
- Integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM for Spare Parts, FI/CO for Costing, SD for Service Orders).
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization related to the PM module.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- SAP certifications in Plant Maintenance are a significant asset.
