Role Overview:

Itps is seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP EWM Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) functionalities and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting complex warehouse solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading projects, mentoring junior consultants, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP, with a significant focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • SAP EWM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP EWM modules, including but not limited to:
  • Warehouse Structure Definition
  • Master Data Management (Product Master, Location Master, Resources, etc.)
  • Inbound Processes (Receiving, Putaway, Production Integration)
  • Outbound Processes (Picking, Packing, Shipping, Transportation Integration)
  • Internal Warehouse Processes (Replenishment, Physical Inventory, Slotting)
  • Yard Management
  • Value-Added Services (VAS)
  • Labor Management
  • Integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, TM, QM)
  • RF Framework and Mobile Data Entry
  • EWM Analytics and Reporting
  • SAP Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of core SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD) and their integration with EWM.
  • Implementation Experience: Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ABAP debugging is a plus.
  • Consulting Skills: Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.


Requisitos

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions to meet specific client business requirements. This includes defining processes, master data, system configurations, and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP) and non-SAP systems.
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client warehouse operations and business processes to identify areas for improvement and translate these into functional specifications for SAP EWM.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Manage project phases, timelines, and resources effectively. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on SAP EWM best practices, industry trends, and potential solutions to their business challenges.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure the delivered solution meets quality and functional requirements.
  • Training & Documentation: Create and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions. Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their development and knowledge transfer within the SAP EWM domain.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrating SAP EWM capabilities and contributing to proposal development.
  • Stay Current: Continuously update knowledge on the latest SAP EWM releases, functionalities, and industry best practices.
