Job Summary
Itps is seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP EWM Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing our SAP EWM solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of warehouse processes and a proven ability to deliver robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience specifically with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of core SAP EWM processes, including:
- Inbound Logistics: Goods receipt, deconsolidation, putaway strategies.
- Outbound Logistics: Wave management, picking, packing, staging, and loading.
- Inventory Management: Stock types, physical inventory, cycle counting, bin management.
- Picking Processes: Various picking strategies and methods.
- Packing Processes: Integration with packaging and shipping.
- Putaway Processes: Strategies and optimization.
- Extensive experience in conducting and managing testing phases:
- System Integration Testing (SIT): Validating end-to-end process flows.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitating user validation and sign-off.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Desirable Knowledge (Not Mandatory but advantageous)
- Familiarity with Labor Management within SAP EWM.
- Experience with Yard Management functionalities.
- Knowledge of RF Framework and its application in warehouse operations.
