Position Overview:
Itps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption and integration of new systems and processes within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, coupled with practical experience in SAP or S/4HANA implementations. A deep appreciation for manufacturing operations is also essential for this position. Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- System Expertise: Demonstrated experience with SAP or S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable. Familiarity with other ERP systems will also be considered.
- Industry Understanding: A solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including key processes, challenges, and dependencies.
- OCM Methodologies: Proficiency in OCM methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required for material translation and stakeholder engagement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
